User Agreement for Pakistani Players

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all documents incorporated by reference:

• “91pk”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the 91pk online gaming platform, operated by the internationally licensed gaming entity that owns and manages 91pk.app and all associated sub-domains and services.
• “Player”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual who has registered a player account with 91pk or who accesses the 91pk platform in any capacity, whether or not a registered account has been created.
• “Account” means the personalised account opened by a player upon completion of the 91pk registration process, through which the player accesses 91pk games and services.
• “Real Money Balance” means the total PKR balance held in a player’s 91pk account consisting exclusively of deposited funds and withdrawable winnings, excluding any bonus funds.
• “Bonus Balance” means any promotional funds credited to a player’s 91pk account pursuant to a bonus offer, subject to the applicable wagering requirements before conversion to the Real Money Balance.
• “Wagering Requirement” means the total amount a player must wager on eligible 91pk games before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• “KYC” or “Know Your Customer” means the identity and address verification process that 91pk conducts on player accounts, primarily involving CNIC verification for Pakistani players.
• “Self-Exclusion” means a voluntary programme through which a player requests 91pk to restrict their access to the platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• “PKR” means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which 91pk player account balances are denominated.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering a player account with 91pk, by depositing funds to a 91pk account, by accessing any 91pk game or service, or by claiming any 91pk promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 91pk platform and must not attempt to register or maintain a 91pk account. 91pk reserves the right to deny access to any individual who refuses to accept these Terms & Conditions.

91pk may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 91pk platform following publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 91pk will notify registered players of material changes via the email address or mobile number on file with their 91pk account.

Eligibility & Registration

To open a player account with 91pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the 91pk platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 91pk strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Providing false age information during 91pk registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances in the account.
• You must be the natural person named in your 91pk account registration. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of a third party are not permitted on the 91pk platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of 91pk registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where 91pk can contact you.
• You must not already hold an active 91pk account. Each natural person is permitted to hold one active 91pk account only. The operation of multiple 91pk accounts, whether in your own name or in combination with other individuals, constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, voluntary or operator-imposed, that would preclude you from participating in online gaming activities at 91pk.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 91pk login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your 91pk account. 91pk recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all player accounts as an additional layer of security.

You must notify 91pk support immediately if you suspect that your 91pk account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 91pk will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such a notification, but 91pk shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that occurred prior to notification where such access resulted from the player’s failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

• 91pk will never ask for your account password via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or live chat. Any communication requesting your 91pk password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must not share your 91pk login credentials with any third party, including family members. Any activity conducted through your 91pk account while logged in is your sole responsibility.
• 91pk operates a session timeout of 30 minutes of inactivity, extendable to 60 minutes via account settings, as a security measure to protect unattended sessions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

91pk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant transfer, and 1LINK. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The current list of accepted payment methods is always displayed in the 91pk cashier section.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 91pk is Rs 100 via mobile wallet (JazzCash or EasyPaisa). Deposits are credited to your 91pk balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 91pk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 91pk bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from 91pk accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• The player account must have completed CNIC verification (KYC) before any withdrawal will be processed by 91pk.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to the same 91pk account, except where this is technically impossible, in which case an alternative verified method may be approved by 91pk at its discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amount at 91pk is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but very large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional identity verification by 91pk.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 24 hours. Raast withdrawals are processed within 2 hours.

Bonus Policy

91pk offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses offered by 91pk are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements apply to all 91pk bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. The standard wagering requirement at 91pk is 30x the bonus amount, meaning a player must wager thirty times the value of the bonus before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements at 91pk. Slot games typically contribute 100% of stakes wagered. Live casino games, including baccarat and blackjack, typically contribute 10%. Sports betting contributions vary by market. The contribution table for all active promotions is published in the 91pk promotions section.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a player holds an active bonus balance at 91pk, the maximum bet permitted per round is Rs 500 or 10% of the bonus balance, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash at 91pk except after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 91pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Players who 91pk reasonably believes are abusing its bonus programme — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on the 91pk platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are subject to the rules published within each game in addition to these Terms & Conditions. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real money wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 91pk platform and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with 91pk games or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Exploiting any software error, game glitch, or technical malfunction in any 91pk game to accrue winnings. Any winnings derived from a game malfunction are void and will be removed from the player’s 91pk balance.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit 91pk game mechanics in a manner not intended by the game provider, including chip dumping in poker or progressive baccarat coordination schemes.
• Engaging in any communication via 91pk live chat or customer support channels that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward 91pk staff or other players.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

91pk is committed to responsible gaming. The platform acknowledges that for a small proportion of players, gambling may become problematic, and 91pk has a responsibility to provide tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 91pk players at no charge from the Account Dashboard:

• Daily Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to deposit to your 91pk account in any 24-hour period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure a notification that will alert you after a set period of continuous play at 91pk, prompting you to review your gaming time.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a break from your 91pk account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-down, you will not be able to deposit or play, but withdrawals of existing balances remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion from 91pk for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed. Self-exclusion applies to all 91pk services, including the casino, sportsbook, and live casino.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 91pk platform, including but not limited to the 91pk brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and all other materials, is the property of 91pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 91pk platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any 91pk content without prior written permission from 91pk.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 91pk software or game.
• Create derivative works based on 91pk content or use 91pk branding in any context not expressly authorised by 91pk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 91pk shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the player’s use of the 91pk platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruption of 91pk services for any reason, including scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Game outcomes, including any outcomes a player believes to be incorrect or unfair, where those outcomes were produced by a properly functioning RNG or live dealer game mechanism.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank operating in Pakistan.
• Loss of data, including account history or game records, resulting from circumstances beyond 91pk’s reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a player’s 91pk account resulting from the player’s failure to maintain credential security.

91pk’s total liability to any single player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 91pk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Closure & Suspension

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your 91pk account at any time by contacting 91pk support via live chat. Before closure is processed, 91pk will facilitate withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance to your verified payment method. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon player-initiated account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

91pk-Initiated Suspension or Closure: 91pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during 91pk registration or KYC.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 91pk.
• Chargebacks initiated against 91pk deposits without prior dispute resolution through 91pk support.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months, where 91pk will provide 30 days written notice before closure.

Upon 91pk-initiated closure for cause, 91pk reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, withheld balances will be returned to the player within 30 days.

Amendments to Terms

91pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the 91pk Terms & Conditions is always accessible at the URL https://91pk.app/terms-conditions and is identified by a version number and effective date published at the top of this document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights or obligations — 91pk will notify registered players by SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number or by email to their registered address at least 14 days before the amended Terms & Conditions take effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of 91pk services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using 91pk and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 91pk’s operating entity holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with your use of the 91pk platform.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to 91pk support via live chat or by email to [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. 91pk will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and will use reasonable endeavours to resolve it within 30 days.

Disputes relating to game outcomes will be referred to the independent RNG auditing body that certified the relevant game. The determination of that auditing body as to the fairness of the contested game outcome shall be final and binding on both the player and 91pk.
